anyone watching it right now? it's free on CBS

three title fights on the card..

Main Card

* Middleweight Championship bout: Jake Shields vs. Dan Henderson
* Light Heavyweight Championship bout: Gegard Mousasi vs. Muhammed Lawal
* Lightweight Championship bout: Gilbert Melendez vs. Shinya Aoki
 
holy crap all hell just broke loose. I have it on just ask background noise as I surf the net. I hear "Wheres my rematch" or something like that. Look over and a bunch of people are piled on top of someone, with people kicking someone when they are down.
Reminds me of when that brawl broke out in that Tyson (I think it was) fight years ago.
 
jake shields got kanye-wested by jason miller

but goddamn, jason miller got jumped by sheilds corner, melendez, nate AND nick diaz. that'll teach him.

but man, hendo got owned pretty much the 2nd round onwards.
 
2.5 hours I won't get back, honestly, I thought it was pretty boring. Hate to see Hendo dominated like that, he does not do well against the ground and pounders anymore. Time to break out the video of him KO'ing Bisping.

Funny you mentioned that. Just finished watching that fight between Bisping and Henderson. I completely missed the CBS stuff. I guess that's why Spike was showing a marathon of UFC tonight. I would have liked to see Mousasi fight. The last fight I saw of him, he destroyed Babalu.
 
I thought all the fights were pretty boring. I saw the last 2-3 Mousasi fights and he was awesome but he really did nothing against king mo. Aoki (sp?) and melendez wouldnt engage and shields had ridiculous jiu-jitsu but come on you spend 10+ minutes in the mount and couldnt knock hendo out? I missed the scrap afterwards though which sucks cause it sounds like the best part but i was so bored i changed the channel.
 
if you saw the Shields fight he was in mount forever and his punches were like slaps to Hendos head it was such a joke
 
miller kanye west'd shields and said "hey buddy, where's my rematch?"

shields shoves miller, diaz brothers and shield's posse jump in.

5 to 6 guys beating and kicking miller. diaz was stomping him with his boots on.

line....OVER.
 
Diaz Brothers= Pieces of trash. How and why they keep getting away with the crap they pull is beyond me.
I was looking forward to the 3 fights. I was disappointed by all 3. I still don't understand how poorly managed the time was. 45 minutes over with 3 fights? A joke.

Perfect post this are my thoughts exactly. I think that Strikeforce likes how the Diaz's act though because of ratings and hype for fights. However, they are portraying mma in a terrible way. The Fertittas and Dana have fought so hard to make it main stream and knuckleheads like this make every fighter look like a raving maniac and set the sport back.
