I got that as well. I am assuming they are being over loaded with requests to change right now.

Only site I'm having issues with now is Paypal. No function to change my password.

I just logged into Ebay and they are forcing you to change the password now. they prompt you to select where they will send a special PIN to, either email or cell phone. then you have to change the password, you have no choice. this was on ebay.ca, but likely the same for .com

Also change your Auction Sniper passwords. I had two snipes that didn't go because the password error-ed out.
