I'm curious, what is the best way to open them without making too much damage?

Exacto-knife the top middle with a small opening, should rip pretty cleanly down the middle then open the sides.

Thank you! I looked at a few eBay auctions and noticed the back is preperforated. They will be easier to open than the Panini Zenith cards.
