Just got back from Wal Mart where I counted the clear vs. logo shrink wrap (because I will go to great lengths to prove a point). One fresh case of UD1 had all of its tins wrapped with clear wrap (the box was opened in front of me).
Almost half of all the product had clear wrap - 19/39 (48.7%) to be exact.
The brands with most clear wrap were:
Ovation, UD1, OPC and OPC Update Blasters
Brands with absolutely no clear wrap were:
UD Canadiens Centennial, UD2, Rookie Class Factory Set
I think from this, it is safe to assume that clear wrap does not necessarily indicate tampering - only a variance in the packing out by UD.
