Cody Hodgson error card?

Cody Hodgson used to be my minor PC and went through some of the cards I have thinking of listing it on ebay I bumped into this 2013 Titanium
Beckett says this should be /199 not /10
anyone can confirm if this is an error card?

Correct - there will be a shiny gold version as well. The retail /199 is on red stock.
