Anyone else notice how long it has been to get your graded cards back from COMC? I have a graded card from jan 4, and another from jan 24 that I haven't received back and it is under the 55 days so the one isn't too late. Is it 55 business days or just 55 days? If it's 55 days they seem to keep getting behind, if it's 55 business days they're probably doing alright. Anyone else notice? I'm assuming it's PSA and not the rescanning taking so long but who knows lol!
 
Yes. I had a Bedard sent for 20 days and it's been longer than that. I don't get how they can say a specific number of days and not follow through. Pretty terrible business practice if you ask me.
 
I emailed them about a submission I had done, and they responded with the business days don't start until psa gets the card, they told me to add an extra 2 weeks (1 week before/1 week after) to allow for transit time.

Adding the two weeks they’re still behind on my January 4th one but not the other. Thanks for the information. That actually makes sense.
 
I'm still waiting on a couple of cards submitted on 12/29/23 for the Value Bulk 45 days level.
 
The January 24th one came back this week but the January 4th one is still mia. They're both autographed and in the same submission class. Weird.
 
I have several cards sent in December 2023 still not graded... but somehow a card I sent February 10 got graded super quick
 
I have had some come back in about two months if they are modern. Older is what is taking a much longer time to get back for me.
 
Still waiting on my January 4th even though I got my January 24th weeks ago! It's a weird process. Both were Modern. Both were autographed
 
I submitted a card for grading on Feb 27th for the 20 day service. 60 days later, it's still not back. Why bother giving a service timeline if you aren't even going to come close?

I sent 2 different 40 day PSA subs in January, one arrived January 24 and shipped back to me February 9. The other arrived January 26 and was shipped back to me February 22. Everything I’ve seen online also suggests that PSA is maintaining their turnaround times.


Meanwhile I had cards grading at PSA through comc in Dec 2023 and January 2024 that I didnt get back until this month.

Comc is absolutely the bottle neck here
 
i subbed 2 Bedard Young Guns and 1 SP-1, 75 bucks each, 15 days turnaround, and got back within a month

although, comc emailed me that they suspect PSA damaged 1 of the YG and the SP-1 during grading, as both got a PSA 5 :(

so who knows whats going to happen with those 2.
