confused about prime RC's

I am a little confused about prime cards. Which cards in Prime are considered true rookie cards? Is it the signed quad jersey card? Is it the prime signatures cards? Or am I totally off base and is something totally different? Thanks in advance for the help

I think the True RC's are the Signed Quad Jersey cards /199

In my box, I got a quad jersey auto RC out of 199 of Carl Klingberg.
The box also had a redemption card 'Prime Rookies - silver Auto - dual jersey, dual prime, card #136, Adam Larsson.
According to the checklist on the website this is a RC parallel out of 50.
