In his first full season as Vancouver's "back-up" goalie, Alex Auld has acheived a goalie milestone, a 30 win season!! He's been able to handle the pressure of stepping up into the #1 position after Dan Cloutier's season ending encounter with Scott (or was it Rob) Niedermayer so many months ago.

As much as people are saying the opposite,I think Auld is the future in the Canucks net.Might not be young as other prospects,but he has proven he can play with the best of them.
