What an awesome and especially interactive contest! I know I enjoyed it very much and signed on on a few occasions just to see how the rounds were going. Congrats to Eli for one hell of a card that I voted for throughout the contest. Congrats as well to Chillychow for finishing as runner up, but certainly not losing. That is ONE HELL of a Mikita card you have.

Finally, to Dr. Price...some of us know you better than others do. To some, you're probably just a faceless ID on Hobby Insider (most are until you finally get to meet them) but those of us who do know you well know your humour and I'd take the next step to say that you shouldn't change for anyone. You know as well and anybody else does that you can't please everyone. It was fun. The end.

Now I know everyone won't find that funny, but I do.

TripleB I won't change for anyone let alone people on the HI Boards. I am too old for that. I know that people some times don't take the written word the right way, that is a shame.

Did anyone think when I said I would make Mikita Emblem cards for anyone who voted for Eli, that I was serious.

The contest was great fun for all. I am pleased that over 1/2 the cards in the contest were ITG cards along with the ultimate winner.

I am proud of the cards we make notwithstanding the roadblocks in front of us.

It was curious to me that so many people crapped on me when I first came out with Famous Fabrics cards. Great pieces of memorabilia on cards without images. But when Panini did it with the Mikita card it was a great one.

Oh well, that's what I have to deal with on a daily basis. My sense of humor keeps me going.

Again, congratulations to Eli, wogman and chillychow. It was a great deal of fun regardless of how my comments were interpreted.

Can't wait until next year. I may have to be more vocal so the contest isn't as close.

I'm a bit late (and have been MIA in general lately) but wanted to give my heartfelt thanks to wogman for taking on this massive effort of a contest and congrats to Eli (LSOH) and Chillychow for their great entries and finishing 1-2.

I was honored to have two cards make the sweet sixteen and lost to the eventual winner so no shame in that. Thanks to all who participated, it was a great event all around.
