long story short,my aunt and uncle had Rangers season tickets through a good part of the '70s and '80s.they gave me a bunch of old programs years ago and i've been in spring cleaning mode the past few weeks and dug out the box i had them in.flipped through a 1979 yearbook and this was wedged inside:

i know they red seats(lower level)cause i went a few times with them when i was about 13 years old.so my guess is they ran across these players at some point,Garden Function, warm ups, etc.
obviously i can pick out :
Phil Esposito
Carol Vaidnais(maybe?)
Rod Gilbert
Ken Hodge(maybe?)
John Davidson

it's the other three i can't seem to get.
any of you 'ole timers have any clues?

Greg Polis is the other. I'm pretty certain those autos are from the 1975/76 season.

Thanks again!i was just thumbinng through the '79 Yearbook in hopes of figuring it out,but nothing came close.they must have been special to them as the page has been laminated, too bad they didn't get to do it before the page yellowed, although it does add a certain charm.was thinking of having someone do a custom card of cut auto's from this, but the Espo and Hodge are just too big.it's also interesting how their auto's have evolved over time,JD's is not ledgible anymore, and Phil has really compacted his down.

That page full of Rangers autos is a magnificent find. I personally wouldn't cut it up. It's awesome to have it with all the autos intact on the same page like that.

This is a great example of how bad autos have become in recent years. I wish they would return to this type of auto.
