Count Box Help Needed

I found myself flipping through my big count box and am wondering, as a seller how would you sort the cards. By last name or do I go by team. I'm not sure how I should have it when I sell at markets, so ideas are very welcome.

I personally do everything by player. Player lots command a big more dough than team lots. Also, there are far more player collectors out there, than there are team collectors. Team collectors can also collect players that are on their team. So, down to player gets you more money, and I think more potential collectors.
