Crosby card question

I was going through my inserts to give to the coach of the local midget team and found this card

I looked in Becket (yeah, I know..ha) and it says N/A and its Sp'd.

Is this card really Sp'd and if so, anybody have an idea of how many were made?? Im guessing it cant be that rare at all but maybe the more educated collectors on the boards can clue me in.
