i know people dislike these questions....

i have a collector who is thinking about selling , but we have no idea on valuation.... looking for opinions on both sold together.

this is not a for sale at this time, just looking for opinions from collectors in the know, not the FB warriors....lol

thanks for your time

The non-auto version sold on eBay for $1300ish CDN. It’s hard to say how much additional value would be placed on the auto for this set as many of the PMG guys prefer the non-auto versions.

I have no basis for my valuation outside of my opinion. I think $1500-$2000 would be reasonable based on the player, set and the fact it is a sticker auto.

I think that may be high. Again, the attraction of the PMGs seems mainly for versions without autographs.

Agree. The PMG purists seem to shy away from anything that isn't a "true PMG"... meaning if it doesn't say "Precious Metal Gems" across the front and be properly serial numbered (ie: xx/10 for the Emeralds) then the value seems to drop quite a bit.

It would not surprise me in the slightest if this Crosby was valued less than the PMG that sold for $1300
