Crosby to get Exquiste card!!

Anyways, 09/10, yes 09/10 Exquisite Basketball is coming out next week and is gonna be multisport and includes cards of Crosby and Tiger Woods. Thought some of you guys over here would find this interesting. 08/09 Exquisite just came out and i guess this 09/10 Exquisite has been kept top secret. Looks SICK!!!:eek::eek::eek:

....Now thinking about it, I wonder if they will be a Gretzky RC Auto/Patch or Bobby Orr?
 
This product is LOADED!! Upper Deck is going out with a bang in Basketball. I know there are many, many UD haters, but me personally i am so glad they are still producing licensed Hockey and Football. They really do make the nicest cards in the business.

Yeah, there are no pre sales anywhere yet. I just talked to my guys in Atlanta and they are working on it. I guess this product was done very secretly.

It sure was secretive, UD denied the product on their Facebook group not even a month ago. If they had mentioned it before they must have thought people would spend less on 2008/09, but by not mentioning it everybody might have blown their money on 2008/09 and not have any left for this one. Catch 22 :D
 
And you think this new UD product is GOOD NEWS!!????

I've already left a message with my bank contact about mortgaging my house to pay for the new Exquisite Basketball...and my next call will be to a divorce lawyer...both of whom will no doubt attend social gatherings with me wearing a shirt that says:

I've seen a few Exquisite breaks and at $700 (or whatever it is) per asskicking, I'd rather spend that money on Diet Coke and Mentos rockets or something that will bring me equal enjoyment.
 
hahah i felt sorry for people who saved up for 08-09 Exquisite only to find out whats coming next just a few weeks later

but those cards do look amazing, it makes me want to take a shot at one

They have to find a way to unload all their jersey swatches, if any of you looked at SPGU it was a loaded set with many octo jerseys and amazing tag logos. I'm sure this will be just as nice, especially with Tiger woods patches from his shirts.. just think about how small the patches are on golf shirts.

yeah dealers are going to get screwed with this new release of Exquisite, that's why they kept it secret. Many collectors thought they were going to load up the 08/09 but it looks like they saw that coming and have been scrambling to put out as many 09/10 sets as possible.

This looks to be a winner, but I do feel bad for those who are hanging onto the 08/09 or opened it.

why are they releasing 09/10 exquisite weeks after 08/09 exquisite? has to do with their nba license expiring?
 
This is some of the sickest stuff ever :eek::eek: (I never use these little blue guys!)

I would say that this set is revolutionary but I think that word is usually reserved for the beginning of something, not the end.

But hey, maybe this is the beginning of something very cool.

I believe so, if I'm not mistaken they have until the end of this month or early October to spit out NBA products before the Panini deal takes over.
