it did, and evidently that was Crosby's doing. he indicated right after the goal that it deflected off Guerin. Sid is becoming more of a class act...

He did what 99.9% of all NHL players would do if they were credited with a goal that should go to someone else.
He's a great kid, but nominating him for sainthood for doing something tons of other players would do is carrying things a bit far.

I agree...I think Sid does have class but this is not the reason....Also I think his class is shown even better off the ice. Not too many players want a goal that is not rightfully theirs...Though winning the last 2 games is much more important I do hope Sid can get #50......even if he has to toss it in an empty net
