Been a bit of a crappy couple of days, I sold a big lot last week and he asked me to hold it for a week which I agreed to and was supposed to receive payment this past Wednesday but never got it. Buyer said he was waiting for a few payments himself and didn't want to use his CC to pay me so I gave him some extra time. Unfortunately I was depending on that money to pay for a few purchases of my own.

Well, Friday rolled around and I contacted him again with a very mild sense of urgency. He said he would pay me regardless that night. This morning I saw that he had logged in to HI, but no payment had been sent and no e-mails were returned. I was on the verge of getting a couple of disputes filed against me, so I paid for everything with my credit card.

I don't know what happened and I hope nothing is wrong, but I can't help but be a little let down.

So I figure the only way to get out of this funk is to make somebody else's day.

The only string attached is you have to do something nice for somebody else(and don't let it be me).

Thanks to everyone for participating and for turning this into a great night. Let's Pay it Forward!

I hope things get better for ya. Although the weather here won't immediately help in any way. That is really generous of you. Hope it all comes back around to you.

speaking of the weather, I live out on an acreage and we spent hours trying to dig our cars out of the snow.

You can send that snow this way please. I would love to have some as I need to break out the snow board so I can break somthing this year:owned:

Hope you have a better end to the weekend!

Cole - Ottawa is supposed to get up to 30cm of snow this week...Wanna come live here for the week?

I wish the best with your deal, It sucks that people can not kept promises(if something didnt happen to them) but im sure you will get it soon. Its great that someone like you would do this inspite of what happened and making someone elses day feel great and yours at the same time.

Have a great Holiday

Best of luck in the end Brian. Things like that can be Frustrating!

Cole, come to Denver, we're supposed to get a few more days of it. I think it's 2 degrees right now!

Keep on plugging away. Every day I say to myself there is always somebody else out there worse off then me..Things will turn around for you and what you are doing is more than a great start..

This is a great idea. Seems like quite a few members on here have been doing this and it doesnt just have to be xmas season either. Walter5o9 sent me a package with 3 different things I had boughten from him off of H.I. He said he was going to send a few extras but he went all out and sent ALOT of extras. I have to give props to him as well as yourself and everyone else that does this as well. Just my 2 cents.

Aaron

Keep your head up, something will go your way in the near future to even things out.

I'm willing to trade places with anyone who likes the snow. I hate it. I want to curl up in my closet with 5 snugies and sleep until spring.
