Custom cut cards?

Hi guys I sem to remember some time ago show and tell where a guy had made some amazing cut auto cards. Im trying to find out who it was as I have recently picked up some 1950's autos of players from the British hockey leauge that I would love to get made into real cards.

Also I would be looking once the cards are made to get them slabbed to protect them (some of the players have sadly passed) and give the set a uniform look. Does any company encapsule cards (rather than rade or authenicate) like ITG does?
