damaged card questions

ok for christmas i got a couple boxes of 2007/08 hot prospects and i managed to pull an amazing 4 color sam ganger (cant spell lol) rookie patch but was damaged at the top of the card (peeling)

i have never pulled a damaged card before so i have no idea what to do, except to call ud, but will i get a 4 color patch back??? will i even get the same card back ???? can i even send it back still?

The Gagner cannot be replaced, I just received mine back (which was sent in the day the product went live) with the old "we're out of stock here's 2 packs of Series 1 for the trouble" letter.
