Damaged cards advice

I bought a Hot Prospects Dylan Larkin patch off of a guy through PayPal and although he put them in toploaders he did not tape the top of the toploaders so that and another card came out and got dented real bad in the same place on both cards. I opened up a PayPal dispute and I am going to send the cards back, what are my chances I get my money back?

Fairly good I'd say. Although I have no personal experience on the matter, as long as you ship the cards back then you should be good. Best of luck to you.

GET TRACKING ON THEM.

Otherwise he can say he never received them and keep your $$$ and the cards.

As long as tracking shows it was sent back to the sseller then you're 100% covered.

I always tape my top loaders before shipping. Was the cards in a team bag too? That should have prevented the cars from coming out of the top loader.
