Decoy in Ultimate Collection Pack

So I opened a pack of Ultimate Collection last night.

PK Subban base card
Jimmy Hayes rookie base card
Decoy card
Ultimate Signatures Sean Couturier.....


What the hell was the decoy for?

Do I have a reason to call Upper Deck today?

Considering you're guaranteed a jersey card and didn't get one, yeah, you have a legitimate complaint.

Yea there should of been two hits in that pack, pretty odd. There are decoys in Ultimate as well.

Sounds like it was supposed to be a redemption that didn't have the sticker on it.

The jersey/patch piece is the bottom card in the pack - so it does appear that your pack was missing it. Definitely worth a call

You're missing a /100 or /200 Jsy which should be in your decoy pack.

The same thing happened to me two days ago. I called Upper Deck Customer Care and the rep, Brian, couldn't have been more helpful. He got me to fill in a form and email it back to him, gave me a case number and got me to ship my sales receipt and UPC code. He says I will receive a replacement card in 8-12 weeks.

Hi Bruce,

Your case number is XXXXXX it takes eight to twelve weeks to process a case. Please send us the upc code and the receipt and please make sure on the outside of the package sent to us that you put the case number on it or it will get sent back to you. Please note we cannot guarantee that it will be the same card we will replace yours with but it will be of equal value. Please send to the address below
