Rec'd my two boxes from the HI group buy (thanks again for organizing this!). Was gonna do a live break, but I was a bit tied up and had to open up periodically over the last two hours. Last year's product was one of my favorite, and their inclusion of the plexi-glass card stock just enhances the release in my opinion.

Here's the take - needless to say, I'm pretty pleased with the overall results:

Autos
Nathan Horton - Script 1 redemption (d'oh!)
Phillippe Sauve - Script 1
Gerry Cheevers - Personal Scripts (shouldn't there be something other than his John Hancock?)

Frozen In Time plexiglass cards /599
Pavel Datsyuk
Saku Koivu
Martin Brodeur
Ray Bourque
Henrik Zetterberg
Patrice Bergeron

GU - what's up with the player selection? Oh well...
Aebischer
Esche
Tkachuk
Ryder
Lidstrom
Lupul

RC's
Vanek
Nokelainen
Nilsson
Alberts
Wozniewski
Leneveu

The good stuff -
Mats Sundin - Ice Scripts auto plexi-glass (redemption)
Martin Brodeur - Ice Scripts auto plexi-glass (yes! my first Marty auto from UD)
JS Giguere - Ice Scripts auto "crystal collection" 4/10

Not sure what's available, if anything. This was definitely a fun product to break, and opening the "heavier" packs with the plexi-glass cards was like a mini lottery thrice each box. Thanks for the read...

Nice pick ups!! If any of those Ice Scripts are available and for sale, I would definitely be interested.

Cheers!

Do the Crystal collection ice script autos look much different than the regular ice script autos (other than serial numbering)?

Maybe, but it looks like I made a mistake in my original post. The Giguere is a "Frozen in Time" auto, while the Brodeur is an "Ice Scripts". They look similar with the exception of the band that runs through the middle of the card (and the insert group). Sorry for the confusion...

As for my carping about the GU, I should probably clarify my statement. I think in a product like this, they could completely remove the regular GU jsys from the set and stick to the patches, etc., all at the same insert ratio. Sure, it was nice to get SOMETHING in every pack, but the player selection is so tired (c'mon, Tkachuck, Abby...I have seen these guys in almost every Ud set. All that was missing was Anson Carter and Doug Weight, then I would have had a typical box break). I don't think the product would have lost any of its luster with the removal of the basic 3 GU per box. Just my opinion, and I could be wrong...I usually am :)!
