Looking for my boy Curry Man...I haven't seen a checklist out there, so I don't know what all he's got.

Let me know if you have anything because if you do, it'll be ICHIBAN (I don't know if he actually talks in TNA...I don't even watch it...I was just a big Curry Man fan years ago)

Matt,

I have two boxes coming in tomorrow. I know he has an autographed card which means he should have at least one base/subset card and in turn would then have press plates as well. I still need his auto for my set, but if I get any dupes I will let you know.

Thanks Don...I picked up the auto (I think) so no problem there.

Question though...I bought a "Gold auto /50" -- Are there different tiers of autos, are all autos just out of 50 or was the seller just making it all up? Sell tactic didn't work though because it sold for around what the regulars do.

Disappointment too that Cheerleader Melissa doesn't have an auto outside of Raisha Saeed :p

You do know that Christopher Daniels is Curry Man I hope....

:eek::eek::eek::eek:

Yeah...course I knew...lol...I was surprised to hear he brought the gimmick to North America. Complete gimmick transformation too...he's like the most serious guy of all the wrestlers I've met.

I don't/wouldn't collect Chris Daniels himself though...it's the Curry Man gimmick I dig the most. Kind of like how I probably wouldn't collect an Iron Shiek card if he ever signed as Col. Mustafa, or a Papa Shango Card if he signed it as Kama or the Godfather...I roll with the gimmick most times

Matt,

From what I have seen each autograph, memorabilia card, and base card has multiple variations to it...kind of like Fleer with color changes and different quantities. For the autos I have seen:
base auto with no #'ing
/50
/25
/10
possibly 1/1's as well
Then there are autos with personal notations...I have not yet seen a Curryman with a notation, but it doesn't mean that there isn't one. The only ones I have seen say "The Curryman!!!"

Good luck and I will let you know what i pull.

Interesting. Yeah I've seen one of the Curry Man autos with a "K-YA" notation. I just want the one for now and maybe I'll expand to the different notations in the future.

Some of the wrestlers have worse autos than the hockey players we all complain about though. Frankie Kazarian's auto is ridiculous...someone here pulled it and I had to roll my eyes upon seeing it.

Hey Matt,

Im gonna give Derek a call to see if he can bring in a few boxes, would you be interested in a box??
