Yup, couldnt bid on it. Steal for you. Same as a 1924 Vezina that went for $38 a few weeks back because the seller blocked Canadian bidders. Guess they dont like money...

Amazing pickup at an amazing price! Seriously, if I was living in the States I would find all of those "won't ship to Canada" people and put low bids on all their auctions. I am not usually a card flipper but I could make some easy money doing that.

Plus, we all know that ITG cards don't sell for lots on the secondary market. A few years ago I spent about $1000 scooping up simlar cards on Ebay because I "thought" I was getting a steal on them. I soon found out that making my money back was a loosing effort. Lots of those cards I aquired where also Boston Bruin players.

It is really too bad, because they are nice cards with great player selections and terrific pieces of memoribillia. As much as people here say an official liscense doesn't matter...IT DOES to most. If it didn't, these cards would sell for far more on the secondary market than they do now.

Also...i don't care what problems might arise shipping cross border, if you are selling for pure profit, not shipping to Canada is just plain dumb. Make the shipping charge huge if you must to cover yourself, but to just refuse is bad business.

Congrats on a stellar purchase. From my personal experience collecting vintage memorabilia, which I've done so for quite a few years, the following players dont generally command a lot of interest. I have paid some stupid prices in the past, but generally it was for more limited item(s) and have usually went up against set builders. Regardless, its a great card for your PC. Thanks!
