Do you remember these hockey shirts?

Hey guys, I wish I had a picture of these shirts I am looking for... I think Kraft Canada might have made them. I am not sure.

They were a shirts of Canadian teams in the early 90's.

They had a cartoonish looking team photo(big heads/little bodies) on the front with all the players signatures on the front as well. I remember having a calgary flames and a winnipeg jets one.

Sorry I don't have a better subscription but I had these shirts when I was young and would kill to have them again! If anyone knows what the heck they are please get in contact with me.
 
at least someone remembers them lol. I saw one at a value village a couple years ago for like $9 bucks... I have no idea why i didn't buy it that day. I went back a week later and it was gone.

Well I know Calgary had a shirt yes lol. Not sure about Toronto. I am sure they did too..... I think it was just the Canadian teams. The Oilers had a shirt too. I just can't find any images of the damn things because I don't know who made them.:|

I tried to google hockey charicature shirt, but couldn't find what you were looking for. I know exactly what you are talking about with the sigs, etc. You would see them for a lot of championship teams. Back in Philly, we had to put up with seeing Pens fans with them. Jagr and the band of mulletheads from those teams made for good illustrations though...
 
I have looked and looked and looked for images of the specific ones I had. I cannot find them. Google isn't working it's magic! I WILL find them lol.

To the best of my knowledge these ones didn't make fun of the teams, remember those ones as well


you have me searching as well, if i feel better today and can venture outside, will take a trip to wayne's see if he remembers them

You are exactly right. They didn't make fun of the teams they were just team photos. I asked my parents about the shirts but they can't remember how they got them. My dad thought it was from Kraft Canada and my mom thinks it was a Kool Aid prize?? She is nuts lol.

This weekend I am going on a hunt at some thrift stores like salvation army and value village again to see if I can find them again.
 
I had a Jets one.

The t's were made in the 80s and were done by Western Canadian Lotteries Corp in association with strach-n-wins or break-opens they had a the time.

Hahah awesome. That should make my search a little easier! I just need to find some of these bad boys now... btw how the heck did you find this out?

I was going to say something like kmart or maybe woolco, whichever was bought out by walmart as to where i got them when was younger
 
I also remember these T-shirts!
I'll try and contact another Vernon collector I know as I think he has the Calgary Flames one still...In western Canada, Woolco was the company bought out by Wal-mart.
