Yeah, like that makes a difference. As long as the pay the minimum guarantees, the leagues don't care about any CS issues.

I'm having issues as well. I have a few redemptions for 2011 Absolute football and the site says the redemption codes I am entering are invalid. No response from CS on this issue at all. Sigh...

They could fix our hobby in a split second if they wanted to but they don't.
If they get paid, they could not care less about collectors. That has been painfully obvious for years.

When your not forced to represent a company and their policies and you represent yourself as a collector and someone who cares about our hobby as I do, it is easy to agree with you.
We both know what goes on inside the hobby and what collectors don't know. We both know how to fix what is wrong and also know who stands in the way of fixing the issues.
We probably agree on a lot more than you think we do.

Brian-you're right, I'm the kind of guy who is loyal to a fault and my loyalty to a company that obviously didn't feel the same way about me blinded me to a lot. When the PA sticks their noses in to the point of telling companys who they should employ, it becomes painfully obvious the system is flawed. I'm actually happy now that the "gag-order" that I was given is no longer in effect and I can speak my mind. I'm sure they wish I'd just go softly in to that good night, but this is personal.

Clint - best of luck moving forward. I have no idea what the heck went on, but you were always a good guy an deasy to deal with. We'll miss you on the 'other (manufacturer) side' of the fence, but you're definitely more than welcome on the collector side!
