Does this card exist?

I've asked this about a few cards, today it's about this one:

2013-14 ULTIMATE COLLECTION #149 JUSTIN FONTAINE AU/299 RC

I've not seen any on Ebay, Photobucket, or general Web searches. I'm just wondering if it was produced, or if it's one that I should just take off my wantlist.

I'm pretty sure I had one and sold it. It was a replacement from upper deck for something else about a year ago.
