Just won this on ebay tonite

Now my question is how is a 7 a tag card?

i think you won the bottom card
just the plate of the tag card...no tag

Hate to say it but the solid plate is the one you won. The card with the patch on it is Stepan.

The top plate is a rookie patch plate. The bottom plate is the "laundry tag."

As for the "7"

It's the retired numbers of the Rangers players which were sown into the inside hem in the same area the tag would be on the inside of the jersey. They did this special for a game or so.
