Hello,

It seems that the final release #30 had a trading card included along with the dvd. Would anybody happen to have one for trade or sale?

I'm afraid I do not. I can't seem to find any online or on ebay either. That being said, photos of brand new sealed dvds on ebay show a promo sticker for the card included.
 
Very good to know! I didn’t know about this, I’ll have to keep an eye out for my Cherry collection.

I only recall rock’em sock’em 8 having a puck included.
 
huh... I've got a sealed copy of this up on Facebook Marketplace and just looked at my pic... it does have a sticker on it saying there is a hockey card included. I'll crack it open tonight and check.

In an unrelated noted, no one is buying DVD's these days... lol

I agree that physical media is barely hanging on. I recently picked up #24-28 due to them being on blu-ray. I was a little surprised to see that #29-30 was released dvd only. I can always grab the dvd despite the inferior quality on modern televisions but would rather just have the card tbh.

Cory, if you crack that dvd and the card is included, I would absolutely be interested if you are willing to sell/trade?! Thanks!

Tangent time. I will only buy media in physical form. It is the only way to ensure that you will always have it (unless, of course, something happens to said physical media to damage/destroy it). If you look the small print of any of those services in which you "buy" media, whether it be a movie, or music, or what have you, you are technically only leasing it. They can basically take it away from you at any time they choose with no recompense.
 
Well… there was something in the case. To call it a ‘card’ is an overstatement.

It’s got the DVD cover picture on one side and then the back is just text about the 30th anniversary. It’s not even business cards quality.

If you have any interest, and I'm not sure I'm going to get them yet, but I might be acquiring 10 or so of the VHS copies, all signed by Cherry and personalized to a guy who worked with/for him. If I get them, I'll post a picture.
