donruss redemptions..

Does anyone know what the best way to track donruss redemptions are? Also would like to know how long I would have to wait to get my cards. I am in Toronto. The cards I am waiting for are two Marks of Fame Auto Patches of Maroney and Portis. So far I have been keeping in touch with someone working in the customer service department via email and they are pretty fast (1 email a day), but I am just curious to know if there is another quicker method to determine the status of my redemptions. Thanks!

Just emailing the customer service seems to have worked for me in the past...hope it works for you as well.

yah, so far so good for me to. how long does it usually take for redemptios to arrive??

I don't know how long you have been waiting, but the last few I've had with them only took a month.

I waited 8 months for a dual Bengals auto.

lol i just sent mine out today. i'm sure it will take about a month or so. i just wish they had somewhere on their site for me to check on my redemeptions..then again the emails are pretty fast, so i'm sure i know when they become available..
