Double listing on ebay

hey all

I recently bid on a Kari Lehtonen cup /15 on ebay and after i made my bid i noticed that the seller has double listed the card and has another bidder on that auction .. isn't that against policy?

I'm guessing it was an accident, and he wasn't bright enough to delete the one that said "jersey" after creating the patch one.

Or he could be an *******, but I doubt at his level of feedback he's trying to do this to make a quick buck out of anyone.

Did you even bring this to the seller's attention?
