I am interested in trading/buying a Dr. Brian Price autographed card. What started at first as a 'for fun' joke about card company owner's autos has really turned into something that I find interesting.

Dr. Price - if you are out there... would you be willing to make a hockey card of yourself (a nice photo) with the ITG logo? To be honest I would like it to contain a piece of Georges Vesina Pad (the story that has made you most famous/infamous depending on what side of the coin you are on) or... a piece of a "Toronto Sports Card Expo 2010" Tie... or something.

Please PM me if you are intersted. I have about $100 I can throw towards the project.

I have an awesome CD from Dr. Price's band "A Passing Fancy" signed by the good doctor himself. I've asked him about doing a trading card in the past but he doesn't seem to think that it would be a good idea...if the demand is there, any idea is a good one :)

Brian, how about a case topper "thank you" card...? Anyone busting a case of BTP, H&P, UM, Superlative, etc at the ITG booth gets a Brian Price card that you can sign right at the booth...hmmm....

Did any one actually pull/see The price card in '72 series.
Dr.Price himself said it was in there I remember the promo shoot.

I had the good Dr. sign 4 fillers for me 2 years ago right in the middle...GREAT SIG! I wanted to "make" a custom cut sig., but i'm not good at it

I could help with any custom :D

Also, I know McWilliams signs the player Collections 1/1s, the cards made specifically for certain people. They're incredibly hard to come by.

I couldn't vote for "None of the above" so I picked Cherry's dog. IMO, the hobby is about the sport, not the people who create the cards. I think there has to be a separation of the two.

I hate Bettman, but he is the only one on the list whose auto I'd like to acquire.

Seriously??? Bettman more than an auto of the man that makes it possible to play without the "Ice Girls" out there all the time, Frank Zamboni, err, wait a minute. If there were no zambonis... and the ice needed scraping continuously.... Man do I have a good idea, DO AWAY WITH ALL ZAMBONIS NOW!!! They cause, uh, global warming, yea thats it. Kidding aside. I would like a Zamboni Cut auto the most out of that group.

Doug.

I think the majority of people that selected Dr. Price are saying that because they know he is on here or have had positive personal dealings with him. I mean realistically, how many people that collect cards (outside of this community) would be happy to get his autograph? If "Collector A" bought a pack and saw he got an autograph and then turned it around to see Dr. Price, I am sure "Collector A" would be disappointed (90%+ of the time) because he bought a pack of hockey cards, not a pack of ITG representatives. This is no knock at the preferences of people on this board, just trying to look at the bigger picture of collecting.

I find it odd that people would take some of those names over Gretzky or Zamboni (whom I voted for). If anyone wants, I'll trade Dr. Price AND Chris Carlin straight up for your Gretzky. I'll even throw in a swell customized card of Clint Hall as well.

I have an autographed 8 x 10 of Gary, not sure why I bought it to be honest, it's been in the bottom corner of my closet since I got it many moons ago.

Looks like now is the time to whip it out and put it up for sale Tony...you have at least 5 interested buyers

Zamboni for me. Much as I like my oddball autographs, this trumps the Upper deck and ITG staff.
