dunk contest is onylopen to rookie and 2nd year players, so that rules amare ineligable

Amare was boring in the contest when he was in it. He is more of a power dunker. I heard LeBron wanted a million to do it. I would pay him and then in the same package give him the trophy, because its over if he is in it.

They were saying that Lebron's quote when asked about that
"I've already got plenty of millions"
and denied that rumour.

Yeah, J-Rich was in it last year, and it was his 3rd year in the league.

I just hope Freddie will defend his title well. He is still such an underrated dunker, no one gives him credit for winning.

Easily top 10. What's the point of having a hyped up contest with four of the best dunkers in the league and not give any respect to the winner? Honestly, his stuff wasn't that great, but Freddie can do much better. The world will see. Hopefully.

I saw on the Pacers website that Fred Jones will not be dunking this year due to tendinitis in his knee. I would put Freddie pretty high up on the list of dunkers, and how can you not? He won it last year.
