Here is an auto from Ulf Nilsson, a Swedish player who played in the 70's and 80's. He tore up the WHA with the Jets...and averaged a point a game with the Rangers in the NHL. However, serious injuries derailed his NHL career. His auto is legible and not that bad. At least you can tell it is him.

I give it a 7/10.

Here is a Stevie Y from the 01-02 SP Game Used. For me it is memorable as it takes up 1/2 the card and is still legible! He can make it small if he needs to but this was so great! 8/10

Tom Barrasso. A solid 9/10 autograph in my book. Why? It is legible, it is actually unique and identifiable as his, and there is an almost artistry to his loops and penmanship.

While you can read the "D & "T" and i guess the "O" or "W" depending on the day, it has absolutely ZERO visual appeal
One of the worst and ugliest in the hobby that is not just a spiraled pasta noodle

This is from the 01-02 SPx Signs of Excellence set. I love these and all the autos are pretty cool! Love the consistency of Bobby's sig through the years. I would give this an 8/10
