Ebay app problems?

Not sure if this belongs in this thread, but I'm having problems with the Ebay app....every time I go into my followed searches, everyone of them has a blue dot next to them (meaning tbere are new items) I go in to look, and there's nothing there....it happens every time I refresh it, and started 2 days ago...any suggestions?

not exactly the same problem but I just searched "odelein" on my phone & found 9 results... on the computer I get 441 results

I thought that would do it but it didn't.

What kind of phones do you guys have? maybe its affecting one brand?

I think they are having APP and regular computer issues on EBAY.com. Looks like recently they have added a new "promoted" feature and it brings up bizarre search pages and results. Every time they add or "upgrade" a feature it creates weird bugs, not sure why they keep changing things, if it ain't broke......

The eBay app is faulty, for sure. Try not using the app for such things and instead actually logging in through eBay.com/ca.

My eBay app won't let me send counter-offers.

Glad to hear the problem was fixed! Had the app for a while myself, but eventually just stuck to my computer for purchases.

You can write a review through the app and ebay techs will eventually see it and fix it.
I never had any issues on my iphone 5. But I have had other problems in the past and I wrote to them and it was fixed somewhat quickly for the size of the company. I am sure they get a lot of reports and fix them as fast as they can.
