Ebay Best Offer Issue

I am trying to make a few best offers on cards but it will not allow me to make offers for less than $0.99. Is there a way to get around this or am I stuck making offers at that price?

Ebay does not allow Buy it now for less than 1$.. so they also don't allow you to make best offers under 1$... makes it hard if your trying to sell commons... but that's the rules....

Try beckett marketplace for those sub $1 cards...you can pick up base for reasonable rates like 10-25cents from the same sellers who are on ebay
