25 Days to Canada sounds about right. I've had it take that long for GSP. Glad this ended well.

Does anyone have any experience with eBay's Global Shipping Program?

Yes, and it's usually not a good deal for us buyers here in Canada. Costs too much.

I got a Get It Shipped International account specifically to get around the GSP. It's a cash grab and nothing more.

Your buyers may feel differently about it.

US sellers lose a lot of Canadian business by using Global. If I want to purchase a $10 card, I have to foot postage of around $22 US thanks to Global?? I don't think so!!! Its easy enough to get around, seller can put a note in the Description that shipping to Canada is 4 bucks or whatever. Sadly, most US sellers are not aware of the hose job Canadians get with Global....they would likely see more Canadian business coming their way!

Maybe for hobby items it's not a good deal, but I sell a lot of footwear and a lot of European buyer prefer it over their local customs holding on to packages for weeks, then having to drive to a post office or customs center to pay to have the item released.
