Ebay help for a new Seller PLEASE

Ok so I put up a Wellwood Parkhurst Rookie last night with a BIN of $31.99. The thing sold, and the buyer paid immediately... I go to look at the buyer and it says, their Not a Registered User anymore.

Item number: 5202582945 to see....

Now what? I want to send him the item still but Im afraid he'll try a chargeback or something like that because he isn't obligated with ebay really....

Please give me ideas what to do.

My first suggestion would be to contact him since you now have his email address. Explain the situation to him and ask him what he wants to do.

send it with tracking

If you want to send it to him, send it with tracking (confirmation number). It will cost you a little more but Paypal would want that information. If you can supply that to them theres no way that ne could reverse the charges. Or just return the paymant to him he's not registered so he can't hurt your feed back

I agree with slappy, that is about the only proper way to do it and keep yourself protected

Communicate with him first - he may be NARU due to a small VISA hiccough and will be re-registered shortly when he updates his VISA - nothing recent on his feedback indicates that he's been given three strikes for non-payment but he may have two strikes due to his negs - One neg was from July 04, and the other from Oct 02.

If nothing resolves within a week or two, then perhaps relist as needed.

Protect yourself, even if it costs a bit more, make sure you get paid first!!!!!

You'd better check Paypal's policy regarding seller protection. It's only available in a very limited number of countries, so it depends where you are and where you ship to. I found out the hard way, resulting in a $205 chargeback and no seller protection (I shipped from Holland to Canada by regsitered airmail). I'm pretty sure you're covered with a Canada-US transaction, but it's better check anyways (better to be safe than sorry).
