Ebay Issue

I had a buyer on ebay (feedback was 2 at the time) he paid for the card. Then opened a paypal claim not even 5 minutes later. He claims that he never opened such a claim, paypal is holding the funds due to the claim and are reviewing the case. Thankfully I didn't send the card yet.

Any tips on how to deal with this?


Also its come out now that a lot of buyers have posted negative comments about his purchases for non-payer.

I don't think I would mess with it - cancel the transaction and complete the refund - doesn't sound like it is worth the hastle to me.
