Hello guys

Just wanted to Let you know my story with eBay member cmv367 ( toronto/on/ Canada)

I bought an ud ultimate 2007/08 autographed patch ovechkin 6/10 from this seller above.

I sent money via PayPal on 7th June and he said he mailed me card ws shipped on June 12th...he never marked item as shipped so I emailed him If card has been shipped..no answers...payed tracked shipping (17$, but never received any tracking Id or something)(shipping should go to my comc mailbox in us).

I never received card until today so I emailed hon several times but no answer. On 4th July I opened a case and get refunded by PayPal within 24hours...

He got an other negative feedback because of an other card that never showed up..

Does anyone know him??

Some experiences here on the boards?

He sended me a message 1 week after auction that he sipped card day before...since this time never heard anything from him...:(
 
Thank you for answer...i contacted the seller in the meanwhile and also opened a case?! Regarding a stolen card...maybe cmv sold card twice ? One time in eBay and also to local cardshop in Toronto to make maximum profit..now he is not a eBay member anymore...

The new owner does not want to hear that it is a stolen card..i send him the email PayPal adress of cmv and hopefully he will contact him...

The shop owner said he came into his shop and sold a few cards to him...wil be interesting to see how this will end
