Ebay PAYPAL help!

OK I recently bought a card on ebay and I sent the seller the $ from paypal and he told me, "we only ship to confirmed addresses so confirm your paypal account so your address you provide is correct and confirmed through paypal"

How do I do that since I already sent payment and my paypal account isnt connected to my ebay account??

There are several ways to confirm your shipping address on PayPal:

Add a credit card to your PayPal account. By adding a credit card to your account, PayPal can attempt to confirm your address with your credit card company. If the credit card company is not able to confirm your address, you may be asked to complete the Expanded Use enrollment process to activate your credit card.
