I sold a card on ebay. I've sold probably several hundred.

I have clear shipping rates listed. No hidden fees.

Fees have remained the same since I've started selling. No issues.

Buyer receives card (undamaged mind you) writes me and says shipping was too high, and wants half of it back.

I checked to make sure card arrived in good shape, then respectfully declined to refund half the shipping charge.

Buyer says fine, I'm leaving you negative feedback.

Now, my 100% feedback is blemished.
Any advice?

Talk to ebay
I have heard that sometimes they will delete stuff like this
How much was your shipping charges ?

Wow, that's brutal. That's a pretty crumby buyer.

Unfortunately, I don't think there's much you can do. I don't think ebay would pay much attention to it if you contacted them, but you could try.

What are you shipping rates? When I feel that a seller's S&H rate is too high, I just rate him accordingly on the DSR for Shipping & Handling.

When you go leave feedback, below positive, there a `report a problem` option.Maybe you can file a feedback abuse, good luck.

E,D.I.T If you kept the email file a `feedback extortion`

First, reply to the feedback publicly and state your case for potential buyers. Don't be insulting, just state facts.

Second, report him to eBay, and include the emails. He's made a threat and acted on it. Maybe eBay will act on it, maybe they won't. This is an eBay policy violation called Feedback Extortion: http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/feedback-extortion.html

Last, let us know who he is, so we can block him from our transactions.

did he leave negative feedback or neutral ? I have left Neutral feedback before for charging to much for shipping and people have got pissed at me. What do you excepted when you pay $5 for shipping and it shows up in a white envelope

I mean, I'll give him back the $2..... but come on.

Meanwhile the card was $2.49, BV of $15 and is a RC/auto (not that any of that matters)
