So I bought a card off Ebay and it arrived today, the problem is there was some damage to the patch widow which looks like it was factory caused. The seller accepts returns and I am planning on sending it back, it happens to be a store in BC somewhere. The listing never had any mention of damage, the picks also don't show the damage. How do I go about doing this return process so that all my bases are covered? I emailed the seller and am awaiting a response. I plan on sending with sig confirmation just in case. Do I start a Paypal claim??

If the seller agrees to a return and you use sig confirmation there's no need to involve Paypal right away. However, if the seller gets the card back and then refuses the refund you'll have to open a claim. Most sellers are fairly good in these situations (when they accept returns), it's the ones who don't accept returns you have to by cautious of.
