Ebay Snafuuuuuu....

ok, a six weeks or so ago i sold a card on ebay, very nice card to, opcp triple patch 01/15 crosby/malkin/ovechkin, sent via express post tracking, so far delivery confirmation has been confirmed on canada post website, guy says did not receive card, I believe him because he has been very cooperative in trying to find a solution, anyway if you come across this card give me a jingle, also he is wondering how to go about getting his money back, and i am trying to find a way NOT to have to pay it. any suggestions for some more experienced ebayers out there?

If it was under $200 selling price - all you need for paypal is a delivery confirmation/tracking number that shows item delivered to his CONFIRMED mailing address.

Paypal may try to take you out on this one - but push back!!!

If Canada Post says it was delivered, I'd be calling them, not Paypal. If it was delivered to his house, they would know EXACTLY which postal worker delivered it. The ball would then be in their court to figure out what happened, contact the buyer and resolve the issue with him
