ebay "where is my item" complaints

I was wandering how many people have not received items that they purchased on ebay. I have always received every item I purchased.

On the other hand, how many people have sold items and then had an "item not received" notice. Lately, I have had three of them. Is this a new trend?

It is discouraging to sell items and have to refund the money, and lose the item.

so far i have lost 2 items that I bought... one the package was tear up so I was missing something 1 of the 3 cards...

another time the card just didn't show up...

I have bought over 500 items on Ebay, only ever had 2 items not show up. The first was a Montreal leather ballcap. I was one of many that didn't receive their item, I got a refund and found the seller selling under another name shortly afterwards. The second item was a Beliveau 09-10 The Cup Jersey. No communication from the seller, won a paypal dispute and later found the seller trying to hawk the card on SCF. So never had anything go missing in the mail from ebay.

I think that kind of tells me that the buyers I have trouble with are not completely honest. Would a thread listing people who say they have not received items be appropriate? That way we can keep tabs and know who not to deal with.

I have had one or two cards not show up but they were never high end items so it makes it easier to stomach..... Actually I have had alot more clothes such as hoodies and shirts not make it to me than anything.
