Hooray for living in a border town 20 minutes from the DA stores! As said Above^ the prices in store have been about the same as online the past couple of years maybe a dollar or two differnce sometimes even cheaper though!

omg are you serious, where did you come up with that, you are aware they don't have a licence to produce baseball cards right, hockey is there line that is keeping the doors open for them right now and has been for the last few years, which ud baseball is gonna out sell this year please please tell me lol lol lol lol lol:giggity::giggity::giggity:

I think he was talking about dave and adams and not Upperdeck , they sell baseball , footbal , basketball , ufc ,racing ,and so on and so on , hockey is probably 10% of their total sales

ah if thats the case then 10% is still way off

Not sure it is that far off.

Baseball is probably at least 3 times as big as hockey alone in terms of total product sales. Add in Football and then Basketball... oh yeah other minute sports - but it all adds up. If you want to know where the youth still buys product - at least in the States - it is Baseball.

The prices in store are always higher (and in some cases, far higher) than their website.

I've ordered from the site, driven down there and picked it up at the warehouse (and even given the grand tour!). For multiple case purchases, WELL worth the drive.

I just laugh at how people continually get screwed, yet, continue to purchase. It's been said a million times, the only way to stop getting screwed is to not buy the product.

Do the people at Upper Deck really think that people will continue to buy as much product with these restrictions? They are fricken crazy if they think so. If I did buy their crap before, I definitley would not now. I thought people complained about their breaks before....wait until they pay more for the same poor breaks...lol.

Oh well, this doesn't affect me in any ways. The card companies lost my business a long time ago. If they think limiting were product is bought from is the "big issue" among collectors, they have missed the boat again, but that again is nothing new.

Damn i'm glad that I stick to ITG and only dabble lightly into UD and Panini. ITG get's 90% of my hobby dollars the rest is split between the other two and hobby supplies. I see this whole situation hurting the hobby rather than helping it in any way.

• We can no longer sell to Canada until the product has been out for a full year

Idiotic

Upper Deck Hobby Enforcement Team

I assure you Upper Deck is hard at work printing up this task force as we speak....

You don't wanna know the print run on these Bad Boys....

Im glad im going over to ITG anymore .....love the cards love the prices and never had a customer service problem yet

If they are concerned about selling product below the perceived norm or at cost it makes you wonder if these idiots have heard of the "lost leader" concept in business. I'm sure the gestapo will be out questioning everyone about where they got their product at the expo.

Ho-kay, we really don't need yet another thread full of moaning about this. DACW got told point blank that they could either be a retailer or a distributor. This reflects that choice. The kvetching here isn't accomplishing anything.
