Attention HI Members!
I have started a thread trying to arrange known equipment sales that teams through the leagues are having. Due to my limited knowledge and area where I live, information to these events do not come to me naturally and I am seeking assistance from HI members to contribute and post finds from these sales.

I am in upstate NY and have tried to share any information that i have had pertaining to the teams near me (Binghamton Senators (AHL), Elmira Jackals (ECHL), Syracuse Crunch (AHL), Rochester Americans (AHL), and Buffalo Sabres (NHL)). Unfortunately, I have only been able to attend 2 out of the last 3 Rochester Amerks equipment sales, sharing information that I did know, not knowing of and missing last year's event. Of the other teams listed, I have not been aware of any equipment sales that have taken place prior to that event (usually months after if at all).
I would like to change this and would love to have the assistance of HI members, to reach out and make a difference, when it comes to knowing of the equipment sales of any teams around them.
This community is diverse, spread mainly across the US & Canada, and it also has a strong overseas presence in Europe (and sometimes in Asia). Working together, we can find great gear for our collections that will boost our love of the great game of hockey and strengthen the HI community.
I would like to share some of the gear that I obtained a few years ago from one of these sales.
First Amerks Equipment sales I went to:
used shin guards (not shown) (better than my old ones)
Sticks from Derek Roy (untaped), Janis Sprukts (light use taped), and a very faded name of Rory Fitzpatrick (taped with heavy use) (all stick most likely not game used but sold as "used")
From my second sale I picked up an Amerks black practice jersey (with the Amerks shield on the front, no player identifying marks), 2 pair of red/white/blue socks, and 3 sticks: a very faded Mancari; a Koistinen; and an Anthony Stewart stick. All stick are considered "used" and taped but have not seen action.
