Eric Lindros Pro Set pin

Not sure if anyone remembers this one, but this was supposed to be issued as a pin/card combo by Pro Set and Ace:

Now I have a copy of the pin myself, but it's unwrapped as well and I've never seen a packaged version.

Anyone have any idea if it was ever packaged up and if so, what was the card with it?

That's a good question as 1991 Pro Set did not have an Eric Lindros card. He was exclusively with Score.

That said, Ace and Score worked together in baseball. It's certainly possible they collaborated on Lindros.

Alas, I can't answer the question, but curious to see if someone remembers.
