Even good packaging can't stop the postal service from doing damage

I just got a card today. The seller did a great job of packaging. Penny sleeve, top-loader, decoy card for backing and a bubble envelope. But, it still wasn't enough to withstand the postal service torture:

It's hard to see in these scans (no digital cam), but there's three different vertical creases. Even the top-loader and the thick Upper Deck decoy card got bent. Ouch.

I'm not looking to lay blame. (great seller by the way ) I just wanted to vent.

Hate when that happens, try sending it back to Fleer And say "Is this how your quality control is as soon as you start up making hockey cards again"

I asked my wife if she could iron it for me. She stuck it under a big, heavy book.

How come I've never gotten a bill {in a white envelope} that was damaged.??...lol. Looks like someone thought it would fit through the sorting machine and it got jammed up.
