I am a bit late with my expo show and tell b/c as others, I just couldn’t be bothered scanning and/or looking at cards for at least a few days. But anyway, as always, I had a great time seeing familiar faces, meeting new ones and chatting about the hobby.
However, first off, I just wanted to show off some recent mail that has come in over the last couple weeks!

A great deal with Jeremy (gomaz) got me these 2 1/1’s both of PC guys… thanks a lot man! It was great to meet you and deal with you. :beer:
-Jokinen being one of my main PC guys + 05-06 Cup card= sweet major PC pick up!
-ditto for the Wolski! :beer:
Now for the next 3 cards… I picked up a leetch /orr card from this set about a couple months ago or so. And I saw some of these at the expo so I decided to pick the next 3 cards up. Although, I still haven’t decided if I’m actually going to do the set (pm me if you have one from the set though), I wanted to pick up some vintage-y game used cards of… well… you’ll see:
03-04 BAP Ultimate Retro Trophies Moseiko/Sakic /50- not sure who I picked this up from, but it was a nice card for a decent price. To be honest, I have no idea who that Moseiko guy was... but after picking up the other 2... i figured to pick it up.
03-04 BAP Ultimate Retro Trophies Brodeur/Plante /50- Nothing wrong with a little Plante GU.
03-04 BAP Ultimate Retro Trophies Forsberg/Orr /50- This beauty card I picked up from Gamebreakers. Thanks again Hans! :beer: Another Bobby GU
The second last card that I have to show for… is the one card that I was able to pick up for my ITG set…
UM9 Stick Auto Lidstrom /24 - Now i need 5 more for the set (Sanderson, Datsyuk, lafleur, briere & fedorov)
And lastly, out of the whole weekend…. I thought the best card I landed was this:
05-06 White Hot Patch Jokinen /5- As one of my PC guys…and only 5 copies around, I was thrilled to see it. And then I saw the price…. And my thought was…. :goal:
Anyway, needless to say… I was quite happy with this transaction!!!
