Exquisite Question

Quick question, it seems that every first year exquisite card has "rookie" plastered all over it. Are any of them actually rookie cards or are they just considered inserts? And, if some are considered true rookie cards, which ones fit the bill?

I consider the ARP out of cup a real rookie. They have numbers on the back.

I think they went with the versions that are numbered to their Jerseys for the RCs in this years set.

i think those rookies are from different sets. one from ice and the other from black diamond or something. i know the cup also had the exquisite rpas. it's all pretty confusing and i am not sure which one is the "true" rookie.
